Six lines of work, run every month, all pointed at one thing.
Getting your business named when a customer asks, and called when they've decided. Here's exactly what each service includes, what you get from it, and what we need from you.
Where most of the wins come fromGoogle Business Profile optimization
Your profile is the most structured, most trusted description of your business that a machine can read. We rebuild it properly, then keep it alive: categories and services chosen against what actually converts in your trade, a description written to be retrieved rather than admired, photos and posts on a schedule, questions seeded and answered, and hours that stay right through every holiday weekend.
We also watch for the quiet damage: duplicate listings, competitors keyword-stuffing their business names, and the edits Google occasionally applies to your profile without telling you.
The core of GEOAnswer engine optimization
First we find the questions. Not keywords - the sentences people actually type when they're describing a problem to an assistant, gathered from your call logs, your sales team, review text and support email.
Then we build pages that answer them in a way a model can lift cleanly: the answer in the first sentence, headings phrased as questions, real numbers for price and timing, and schema markup so the facts are unambiguous. Every month we re-run the prompts and record which assistants now name you.
The evidence layerReview engine
Reviews are how a model decides you're any good, and volume alone doesn't do it - recency and detail do. We set the request to fire at the moment satisfaction peaks, usually right after the job is signed off, by text because email gets ignored.
We reply to every review in your voice, within a day. Replies name the service and the neighborhood naturally, which gives the model more to work with. Negative reviews get a response drafted for your approval before anything is posted.
The part everyone skipsEntity consistency
Same name, address, phone, and hours everywhere a machine can find them. We audit the directories that matter in your industry, correct what's wrong, suppress duplicates, and deploy organization and LocalBusiness schema so your own site states the facts formally.
This is unglamorous and it's why models hedge. A hedge sounds like "you may want to confirm directly with the business," which is another way of saying the customer just called someone else.
Content with a jobLocal pages worth citing
One page per service, per area you genuinely serve. Written after a call with whoever does the work, so the page knows what a normal job costs, how long it takes, what goes wrong, and what a customer should have ready when they call.
No thin doorway pages with the suburb name swapped out. Those get ignored by Google and by models, and they make your site look worse than having nothing.
So you know it's workingReporting in plain English
One page a month. Which prompts now name you and which don't yet. Your position across a 25-point map grid. Calls, direction requests and website clicks from your profile. What we shipped, and what's next.
No 40-tab dashboard, no vanity impressions. If a number went the wrong way, it's in there with the reason.
What we need from you
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, editor access to your website, about thirty minutes on a kickoff call, and a photo or two a month from a job site. That's genuinely it. Everything else we handle and send you for approval.
What we don't do
Paid ads, logo design, social media management, or buying links. We'll happily recommend someone for the first three. The fourth is a good way to lose the rankings you're paying us to build.
