See exactly what AI tells your customers about you.

A PDF report from Leo's research desk showing what AI assistants say when someone asks for your service, where you sit on the map across your service area, and the three fixes worth doing first.  Free, no card, no obligation, and yours to act on with or without us.

What's inside

Four things, in a PDF you can read in five minutes and forward to a partner or a spouse without translating it first.

  1. 1

    Your prompts, answered in full

We ask the questions your customers actually ask - not keywords, full sentences with constraints - in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, and print every answer in full.  No screenshots of a screenshot.  You'll see who's getting named instead of you.

  2. 2

    Your map grid

Where you rank at 25 points across your service area for your main service.  For most owners this is the first time they see they're invisible three suburbs over while ranking well outside their own front door.

  3. 3

    A profile teardown

Field by field through your Google Business Profile: primary category, services, description, attributes, photos, reviews, hours, duplicates, and anything at risk of triggering a suspension.

  4. 4

    Three fixes, in priority order

What to change first, why it matters, and roughly what it's worth, ranked by how much each one is costing you right now.

What we typically find

Every business is different, but the same handful of problems turn up in nearly every check we run.  None of them are exotic, and all of them are fixable.

  • A category chosen years ago that's quietly capping how often you appear
  • An empty services list, so assistants are guessing what you do
  • Reviews that stopped in 2022, which reads as a business that may have changed
  • Contradictory hours or phone numbers across three directories
  • A competitor being named in nearly every assistant we test, usually one with a thinner offer but a cleaner record
Sample finding

Asked in ChatGPT"Who's the best emergency plumber near me?"

Two businesses named.  Neither is you.  Both cite a Google profile listing 24 hour availability; yours lists standard weekday hours despite your after-hours crew.

Fix 1 - set 24 hour availability Fix 2 - add emergency service to your services list Fix 3 - publish a page with your after-hours call fee

How it runs

Step 1

Send four details

Business name, city, website if you have one, and one or two questions a customer might ask to find a business like yours.  Takes a minute.

Step 2

We do the work

We run the prompts, pull your grid and audit your profile, then a person reads the results before anything is sent.  No template conclusions.

Step 3

You get it within two business days

A PDF report by email, roughly six pages.  We'll follow up once to check it made sense and answer anything in it.  Tell us you're not interested and that's the end of it.

Why we give this away

Because the alternative is asking a small business owner to spend money on something they can't see yet.  Once you have watched an assistant recommend your competitor by name, the conversation about what to do next gets a lot shorter.

We only take one client per category, per city, so we would rather spend an hour proving we know your market than an hour selling into it.

The fine print, in full

  • No card, no trial, no auto-enrolment
  • One follow up from the person who ran it
  • No call center, no drip sequence, no shared list
  • The findings are yours to keep and use
  • We'll tell you if your category is already taken in your city

Before you ask

Do you need access to anything to run it?

No.  Everything in the check is done from the outside, using what's publicly visible.  Access only comes up if you decide to work with us.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

It's a real deliverable sent by email, and you are never obligated to use our paid service.  We will follow up once to see whether it was useful, because a report nobody understands is worth nothing.  If the answer is no thanks, we take you at your word.

What if my business is brand new?

Still worth running.  A new business usually shows up nowhere, which sounds bleak but is actually the cleanest starting point - nothing to undo, no bad data to reconcile.

Can I get one for a competitor?

We only run checks for a business you own or work for.  What we will do is show you who's currently being named in your category, which answers most of what you're really asking.

How long is it good for?

The profile findings hold until you change something.  The AI answers can drift within weeks, since models refresh on their own schedule, so treat that part as a snapshot rather than a permanent verdict.

Four details, two business days, no card.

Send your business name and city and we'll show you what your customers are being told right now.
